• Product Overview: Immobilized IdeS Beads is a recombinant IdeS protease produced by recombinant expression using the E. coli expression system and obtained through molecular modification, with a molecular weight of approximately 36kDa. It only cleaves IgG at a specific site beneath the hinge region to generate F(ab')2 and Fc fragments. And cut IgG under physiological conditions to maintain immunogenicity. In the common buffer solutions within the pH range of 6.0 to 8.0, IdeS protease can effectively cleave various antibodies. The modified IdeS protease has higher enzymatic activity and broader substrate specificity. Besides being capable of cleaving human IGG1-4 (cleavage sites as shown in Table 1), monkey, sheep and rabbit IgG, it also has specific cleavage activity against mouse IgG2a and IgG3.
