Description : | Affinity-purified galactose-binding lectin MLL is isolated from mulberry Morus alba L. seeds. This lectin has a molecular weight of 17 kDa, is affinity purified using chromatography in an agarose-GalNAc column. Haemagglutination activity was detected by using trypsin-treated 2% rabbit erythrocytes. Functionalized forms are available upon inquiry. |
