Rabbit IgM Binding Buffer • 2× concentrated: 1,000 ml • Add 1,000 ml of distilled water to obtain 2,000 ml before use 3. Rabbit IgM Elution Buffer • 4× concentrated: 125 ml • Add 375 ml of distilled water to obtain 500 ml before use 4.
