Cat.No. : CD160-453H Optional Service: Optional requirements on this protein
Product Overview : Recombinant human CD160 (NP_008984.1) (Met 1-Leu 158) without the propeptide was expressed, with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
Source : HEK293
Species : Human
Tag : His
Predicted N Terminal : Ile 27
Form : Lyophilized from sterile PBS, pH 7.4, 5%~8% trehalose and mannitol.
Bio-activity : Measured by its ability to bind with biotinylated human HVEM-Fch in a functional ELISA.
Molecular Mass : The recombinant human CD160 consists of 143 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 16.4 kDa. In SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, rh CD160 migrates as an approximately 25 kDa band due to glycosylation.
Endotoxin : < 1.0 EU per μg of the protein as determined by the LAL method.
Purity : >90 % as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Stability : Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -70ºC.
Storage : Store it under sterile conditions at -20ºC~-70ºC. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Reconstitution : It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.25 ug/ul. Centrifuge the vial at 4ºC before opening to recover the entire contents.
