• Description: KRT14, type I cytoskeletal 14 also known ascytokeratin-14 (CK-14) or keratin-14 (K14) is a protein that in humans isencoded by the KRT14 gene. Keratin 14 is a type I keratin. It is usuallyfound as a heterotetramer with two keratin 5 molecules, a type II keratin.Together they form the cytoskeleton of epithelial cells.

• Storage: Store lyophilizedprotein at -20°C to -80°C. Reconstituted protein is stable for 1 week at 2-4°C.For long term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C to -80°C with a carrierprotein (0.1% HSA or BSA) as a stabilizer. Please note that the addition ofany carrier protein into this product may produce unwanted endotoxin. Thisdepends upon the particular application employed. Avoid repeated freeze-thawcycles.
