The protein plays an important role in T cell physiology, oncogenesis and immunological regulation. The protein is also involved in modulation of viral infection by coronaviruses, SARS-CoV, MERS-CoV and SARS-CoV-2.

• Reconstitution: Reconstitute in 20mM Tris, 150mM NaCl (pH8.0) to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL. Do not vortex.
