• Description: This gene belongs to the human Ly6 gene family and encodes a glycosylphosphatidyl-inositol (GPI)-anchored cell surface protein. The protein plays an important role in T cell physiology, oncogenesis and immunological regulation. The protein is also involved in modulation of viral infection by coronaviruses, SARS-CoV, MERS-CoV and SARS-CoV-2.

• Storage Buffer: PBS, pH7.4, containing 0.01% SKL, 1mM DTT, 5% Trehalose and Proclin300.
• Reconstitution: Reconstitute in 20mM Tris, 150mM NaCl (pH8.0) to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL. Do not vortex.
