| Form : |
Lyophilized from sterile PBS, pH 7.4 |
| Molecular Mass : |
The mature form of recombinant human c-Met is a disulfide-linked heterodimer composed of proteolytically cleaved α and β subunits. Each α and β subunit together consists of 919 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 103 (α =33 +β=60) kDa. As a result of glycosylation, rh c-MET heterodimer thus migrates with apparent molecular mass of approximately 45 kDa and 85 kDa respectively in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. |
| Endotoxin : |
< 1.0 eu per μg of the protein as determined by the LAL method. |
| Stability : |
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -70oC. |
| Storage : |
Store it under sterile conditions at -20oC~-70oC. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. |
| Reconstitution : |
It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution. Centrifuge the vial at 4℃ before opening to recover the entire contents. |
