Description : A deletion mutant ofa-synuclein (amino acids 1-95), which contains the N-terminal amphipathic domain and NAC region. a-synuclein 1-95 was overexpressed in E. coli and the recombinant protein was purified to apparent homogeneity by using conventional column chromatography techniques.

Formulation : Liquid. In 20 mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 7.5) containing 100 mM NaCl.
Molecular Weight : 9.3 kDa (95 aa).
Purity : > 95% by SDS – PAGE.
Concentration : 1 mg/ml (determined by BCA assay).
Storage : Can be stored at +4°C short term (1-2 weeks). For long term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C or -70°C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing cycles.
