• Description: Tyrosinase is a copper-containing metalloglycoprotein that catalyzes several steps in the melanin pigment biosynthetic pathway. Tyrosinase and melan A are the most commonly expressed melanoma markers and are found in approximately 80 to 100 per cent of cases. This antibody is of help in the identification of melanocytic tumors.
• Formulation: Recombinant Human Tyrosinase protein at 100µg/ml in 50mM Tris-Acetate, pH7.5, 1mM EDTA, 20% Glycerol without BSA and Sodium Azide.
• Solubility: It is recommended to dilute the recombinant material in sterile 18 MO-cm H2O not less than 100µg/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.
• Stability: Store undiluted at -20°C to -80 °C. Stable up to 12 months. Please avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
• Purity: On SDS-PAGE commassie blue stained gel, the recombinant protein shows a band at 64kda including GST.
