• Molecular Mass: The recombinant neuraminidase of Influenza A virus (A/Aichi/2/1968 (H3N2)) comprises 453 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 50.8 kDa. The apparent molecular mass of the protein is approximately 76.8 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
