• Molecular Mass: The secreted recombinant hemagglutinin of Influenza A virus ((A/VietNam/1194/2004 (H5N1)) comprises 526 amino acids with the predicted molecular mass of 60 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, it migrates as an approximately 65-70 kDa band in Non-reduced SDS-PAGE, and two bands (25, 55 kDa) in reduced SDS-PAGE.
