• Molecular Mass: The secreted recombinant Influenza A virus (A//Turkey/1/2005 (H5N1) HA (mutated) comprises 522 amino acids with the predicted molecular mass of 59 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, it migrates as an approximately 65-70 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
