Description : Enables guanyl-nucleotide exchange factor activity. Predicted to be involved in negative regulation of vascular associated smooth muscle contraction; positive regulation of cell migration; and positive regulation of substrate adhesion-dependent cell spreading. Located in cytoplasm. Is expressed in cap mesenchyme and renal cortex. Orthologous to human DOCK5 (dedicator of cytokinesis 5).
