Description : Involved in cell motility. When hyaluronan binds to HMMR, the phosphorylation of a number of proteins, including the PTK2/FAK1 occurs. May also be involved in cellular transformation and metastasis formation, and in regulating extracellular-regulated kinase (ERK) activity.
Source : HEK293T
Species : Mouse
Tag : MYC/DDK
Molecular Mass : 92.2 kDa
Purity : >80% as determined by SDS-PAGE and Coomassie blue staining
Stability : Stable for 12 months from the date of receipt of the product under proper storage and handling conditions. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
