Description : |
This gene encodes a member of the natriuretic peptide family. Natriuretic peptides are involved in the control of blood pressure, extracellular fluid volume and electrolyte homeostasis. The encoded protein also plays a role in sensory neuron bifurcation, and is a critical regulator of endochondral bone growth. The encoded protein is a ligand for the natriuretic peptide receptor B, and is synthesized as a preprohormone which is cleaved to produce a mature peptide. Mutations in this gene are associated with dwarfism resulting from impaired endochondral ossification. |

Positive Control; Immunogen; SDS-PAGE; WB. |
Stability : |
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition. |

100mM NaHCO3, 500mM NaCl, pH8.3, containing 1mM EDTA, 1mM DTT, 0.01% sarcosyl, 5%Trehalose and Proclin300. |
Reconstitution : |
Reconstitute in 100mM NaHCO3, 500mM NaCl (pH8.3) to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL. Do not vortex. |
