• Description: The PRRS virus (PRRSV) is an enveloped, single-stranded positive-sense RNA virus, responsible for porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome (PRRS). The nucleocapsid (N) protein of PRRSV has a vital role in suppressing host innate immunity during PRRSV infection.
