• Molecular Mass: The recombinant human respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) (subtype A, strain Long) Glycoprotein G consists of 244 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 27 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, it migrates as an approximately 45-116 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
