• Description: p29 (GRA7) is a protein present in the dense granules of Toxoplasma gondii, with a size of 29 kDa. It is a protein secreted by bradyzoites, which has a high response to IgG in human sera infected with T. gondii. However, it has been described in the bibliography, which has been determined for this protein by means of ELISA tests, a high sensitivity against human sera with antibodies of the IgM type, being therefore also useful for the determination of acute disease.
