• Product Overview: This fusion protein has an apparent molecular weight of ~45 kDa on SDS-PAGE and is used as a positive control in western blotting applications. It comprises 12 commonly used tags which are fused in the order of GST – T7 – HSV – C-MYC – VSV – Glu-Glu – V5 – E-tag – DYKDDDDK – S-tag – HA - 6xHIS. Recommended loading volume for western blotting is 2.0 μL. Optimal working dilution should be determined for your particular assay conditions.
