• Molecular Mass: The protein has a predicted MW of 27.9 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 35-40 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
• Endotoxin: Less than 1EU per ug by the LAL method.
• Purity: > 95% as determined by Tris-Bis PAGE;> 95% as determined by HPLC
• Storage: Reconstituted protein stable at -80°C for 12 months, 4°C for 1 week. Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
• Reconstitution: It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.2 ug/ul. Centrifuge the vial at 4°C before opening to recover the entire contents.
