• Description: This product is a Recombinant Endoproteinase Lys-C, expressed in E. Coli with the similar sequence & proteolytic activity of Lys-C from Achromobacterial proteasel (API). Due to its recombinant form there is no other unwanted serine protease such as Lys-N, Arg-C and only lysine-specific.
• Bio-activity: ≥ 3.0 AU/mg
• Purity: SDS-PAGE: Clear single strap, scan purity more than 95%; relative molecular weight is 31±3.1 KDa.
  RP-HPLC: the main peak more than 95%
• Stability: It is lyophilized powder and is stable to use for at least 1 year with storage under -20℃ or below. Reconstituted with double distilled water under 2-8℃ its stability can last for 7 days. It is recommended to dilute the designated concentration by 25mol/L Tris-HCl (pH 8.5). Avoid repeated freeze-thaw after being dissolved.
