Source : HEK293
Species : Human
Tag : His&Avi
Predicted N Terminal : Asp 23
Form : Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS, pH7.4, 10% trehalose.
Bio-activity : Immobilized Anti Human CD3e MAb at 2 ug/mL (100 uL/well) can bind Biotinylated Human CD3 epsilon, His Tag, Avi Tag with a linear range of 0.2-6 ug/mL.
Molecular Mass : The protein has a calculated MW of 15.5 kDa. The protein migrates as 17-18 kDa under reducing condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.
Endotoxin : < 1.0 EU per μg of the protein as determined by the LAL method.
Purity : >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Characteristic : Biotinylation of this product is performed using Avitag technology. Briefly, the single lysine residue in the Avitag is enzymatically labeled with biotin. The biotin to protein ratio is 0.5-1 as determined by the HABA assay.
Stability : Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -70ºC.
Storage : For long term storage, the product should be stored at lyophilized state at -20ºC or lower. Please avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. No activity loss is observed after storage at: 4-8ºC for 12 months in lyophilized state; -70ºC for 3 months under sterile conditions after reconstitution.
Reconstitution : It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.2 ug/ul. Centrifuge the vial at 4℃ before opening to recover the entire contents.
