Subunit CD79A carries a mouse IgG2a Fc fragment at the C-terminus, followed by a flag tag and subunit CD79B carries a mouse IgG2a Fc fragment at the C-terminus, followed by a polyhistidine tag. The non-reducing (NR) protein migrates as 115-120 kDa due to glycosylation.
