• Bio-activity: 1. Measured by its ability to bind human Notch1 in a functional ELISA.2. The ED50 for this effect is typically 2-10 µg/mL in the presence of 500 ng/mL recombinant human BMP2.
• Molecular Mass: The recombinant human DLL4 consists of 509 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 55.7 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, the apparent molecular mass of rhDLL4 is approximately 55-70 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
