Source : Mammalian cells
Species : Human
Tag : Fc
Form : Lyophilized
Bio-activity : Measured by the ability of the immobilized protein to support the adhesion of the L Cells mouse fibroblast cell line. When 5 × 10^4 cells/well are added to recombinant human EpCAM/Fc Chimera and human Fibronectin (0.5 μg/mL) coated plates, cell adhesion is enhanced in a dose dependent manner after 45 minutes at 37 centigrade. The ED50 for this effect is typically 0.7-2.8 μg/mL. Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. The activity of this protein is measured in a homophilic binding assay.
