Description : | Fibroblast Growth Factors-18 (FGF-18) is a 24 kDa member of the fibroblast Growth Factors with 207 amino acid residues. FGF-18 is mainly expressed from glandular and luminal cells, cardiomyocytes, breast myoepithelial cells and endometrial ciliated cells. FGF-18 involved cell proliferation, cell differentiation and cell migration. FGF-18 is an important role in skeletal growth and development, stimulates hepatic and intestinal proliferation. |
