• Bio-activity: Measured by its ability of the immobilized protein to support the adhesion of HSB2 human peripheral blood acute lymphoblastic leukemia cells. When 8 x 10E4 cells/well are added to LILRB2 coated plates (8.8 μg/mL with 100 μL/well), > 40% cells will adhere for 1 hour incubation at 37°C.
• Molecular Mass: The recombinant human LILRB2 consists of 451 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 49.2 KDa. It migrates as an approximately 66 KDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
• Endotoxin: < 1.0 EU per μg of the protein as determined by the LAL method
• Purity: > 90 % as determined by SDS-PAGE.
• Storage: Store it under sterile conditions at -20°C to -80°C upon receiving. Recommend to aliquot the protein into smaller quantities for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
