• Storage: Lyophilized human recombinant Pro BMP-2 is stable for at least 3 weeks at room temperature. Long term storage should be below -18°C, desiccated. Upon reconstitution, human recombinant Pro BMP-2 should be stored at 4°C between 2-7 days, and for future use below -18°C. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA). Aliquot to avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
• Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized human recombinant Pro Bone Morphogenetic Protein-2 in sterile 18 M?-cm H2O at not less than 100 μg/mL, which can be then further diluted to other aqueous solutions.
