• Molecular Mass: The recombinant human sFRP4 consists of 336 amino acids after removal of the signal peptide and has a predicted molecular mass of 39 kDa. In SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, it migrates with an apparent molecular mass of 55-60 kDa due to glycosylation.
