Predicted N-terminus: His. This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the N-terminus, followed by an Avi tag. The protein has a calculated MW of 45.0 kDa. The protein migrates as 14 kDa, 40-48 kDa and 55-60 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation. The biotin to protein ratio is 0.5-1 as determined by the HABA assay.
