Description : | APRIL is a member of tumor necrosis factor ligand superfamily that expressed by stromal tissue, macrophages, and T cells. APRIL is a 27.4 kDa protein containing 250 residues, which plays a critical role in modulating tumor progression. Besides, APRIL has been demonstrated to involve in regulating B and T cell survival, proliferation and differentiation via binding with TNFRSF13B/TACI and TNFRSF17/BCMA. |
Source : | E. coli |
Species : | Human |
