| Usage : |
1. The optimal pH ranges from 4.5 to 6.0.
2. Common inhibitors include Fe2+, Fe3+, Zn2+, Cu2+, heparin, aurintricarboxylic acid, sulfuric acid, nitric acid, acetylated hyaluronic acid, cellulose sulfate, and bile.
3. It can be used in combination with collagenase for the digestion of tissues and organs. |
