| Description : |
Dner is a type Itransmembrane glycoprotein of the Notch/Delta family. Mouse Dner has beendetected as 90, 120 and 150 kDa forms which are probably variablyglycosylated. |
| Form : |
Lyophilized from a0.2 μm filtered solution in PBS. |
| N-terminal Sequence : |
Ala26 |
| Molecular Weight : |
91.4 kDa |
| Activity : |
Measured by itsability to inhibit Pleiotrophininduced neurite outgrowth of E16-E18 rat embryoniccortical neurons. When 4 x 104 neurons/well are added to 96well platecontaining serial dilutions of Recombinant Mouse DNER Fc Chimera andimmobilized Recombinant Mouse Pleiotrophin/PTN (1 μg/mL) neurite outgrowth issignificantly inhibited in a dose dependent manner. The ED50 forthis effect is typically 0.5-2.5 μg/mL. |
| Endotoxin Level : |
<1.0 EU per 1 μgof the protein by the LAL method. |
| Purity : |
>90%,by SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and visualized by silver stain. |
| Reconstitution : |
Reconstitute at 200μg/mL in PBS. |
| Storage : |
Use amanual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. 12 months from date of receipt, -20 to -70 °C as supplied. 1 month,2 to 8 °C under sterile conditions after reconstitution. 3 months, -20 to -70 °C under sterile conditions afterreconstitution. |
