Measured by its ability to inhibit mIL13-dependent proliferation of TF-1 human erythroleukemic cells. The ED50 for this effect is typically 5-30ng/mL in the presence of 4 ng/mL of mIL13.
• Molecular Mass: The recombinant mouse IL13RA2 consists of 546 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 62.84 kDa.
