Source : HEK293
Species : Rat
Tag : Fc
Form : Lyophilized from 0.22 μm filtered solution in 50 mM Tris, 100 mM Glycine, 25 mM Arginine, 150 mM NaCl, pH7.5. Normally trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Bio-activity : Immobilized Rat SIRP alpha, Fc Tag at 5 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Mouse CD47, Mouse IgG2a Fc Tag, low endotoxin with a linear range of 1-20 ng/mL. Immobilized Mouse CD47, Mouse IgG2a Fc Tag, low endotoxin at 5 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Rat SIRP alpha, Fc Tag with a linear range of 2-39 ng/mL.
Molecular Mass : This protein carries a human IgG1 Fc tag at the C-terminus.The protein has a calculated MW of 64.0 kDa. The protein migrates as 100-116 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.
Proteinlength : Lys32-Asn373
Endotoxin : Less than 1.0 EU per μg by the LAL method.
Purity : >95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Storage : Store at -20°C/-80°C upon receipt, aliquoting is necessary for mutiple use. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Reconstitution : It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.2 ug/ul. Centrifuge the vial at 4°C before opening to recover the entire contents.
Gene Name : Sirpa signal-regulatory protein alpha [ Rattus norvegicus ]
Official Symbol : SIRPA
