Phenylacetylnaphthoyl DEAE is particularly suitable for the separation of single-stranded and double-stranded DNA. A more effective method for detecting human papillomavirus DNA was designed using phenylacetylnaphthoyl DEAE, and the cytotoxicity of the drug 5-fluorouracil (FUra) was studied. |
