Cat. No. : AURKB-5292H
Product Overview : RecombinantHuman AURKB expressed in a cell expression system.
Description : AURKB is aprotein that functions in the attachment of the mitotic spindle to thecentromere. Chromosomal segregation during mitosis as well as meiosis isregulated by kinases and phosphatases. The Aurora kinases associate withmicrotubules during chromosome movement and segregation. AURKB localizesto microtubules near kinetochores, specifically to the specializedmicrotubules called K-fibers, and Aurora kinase A localizes to centrosomes.
Source : Sf9 cells
Species : Human
Purity : Greater than 95% bySDS-PAGE.
Form : 25 mM Tris-HCl, pH8.0, 100 mM NaCl, 0.05% Tween-20, 50% glycerol, 3 mM DTT.
