|Cat. No. :
|Product Overview :
||Recombinant humanLRPAP1 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli andpurified by using conventional chromatography.
||LRPAP1,also known as alpha-2-macroglobulin receptor-associated protein, belongs tothe alpha-2-MRAP family. This protein interacts withLRP1/alpha-2-macroglobulin receptor and glycoprotein 330. It is present onthe cell surface forming a complex with the alpha 2 macroglobulin receptorheavy and light chains In complex with the alpha 2 MR or gp330, it may havesome role in the pathogenesis of membrane glomerular nephritis.
