Cat. No. : PTPRF-1911H
Description : PTPRF (leukocyteantigen related protein tyrosine phophatase) belongs to the protein-tyrosinephosphatase family, receptor class 2A subfamily. It possesses an intrinsicprotein tyrosine phosphatase activity (PTPase). The first PTPase domain hasenzymatic activity, while the second one seems to affect the substratespecificity of the first one. It is a possible cell adhesion receptor; itinteracts with GRIP1 (by similarity), PPFIA1, PPFIA2 and PPFIA3. Human PTPRFis a receptor protein tyrosine phosphatase containing 1897 amino acids.
