An alternative splice variant has been described but itsbiological nature has not been determined.

• Reconstitution: Centrifuge vialprior to opening. First add sterile distilled water to the vial to fullysolubilize the protein to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/ml. After completesolubilization of the protein, it can be further diluted into buffercontaining carrier protein or medium containing serum. Please note that theaddition of any carrier protein into this product may produce unwantedendotoxin. This depends upon the particular application employed.
