Cat. No. : F13A1-1881H
Description : F13A1 is a tetramercomposed of two pairs of chains held together by noncovalent bonds. Afteractivation of the zymogen via Thrombin to its active enzyme form, activatedFactor Xllla is responsible for catalyzing the formation of covalent bridgesbetween fibrin units to increase the elasticity of the clot network. Theresulting cross-linked fibrin is very insoluble and resistant to lysis.
