• Description: IFNA1is a protein that in humans is encoded by the IFNA1 gene. Leukocyteinterferon is produced predominantly by B lymphocytes. Immune interferon isproduced by mitogen- or antigen-stimulated T lymphocytes.

Further dilution ofthe product should be in buffers containing protein such as 0.1% bovine serumalbumin (BSA) or Tissue Culture Media with serum. Dilution for freezing ofmaterial below 2 x 105 units/ml is not recommended. One freeze-thaw cycle isequivalent to thawing an aliquot prepared from the material received.
