Recombinant Human ATG4 Autophagy Related 4 Homolog B (S. cerevisiae), His-tagged

Cat. No.: ATG4B-1921H
Product Overview: Recombinant human ATG4Bprotein, fused to His-tag at C-terminus, was expressed in E. coli andpurified by using conventional chromatography.
Description: ATG4B,also known as cysteine protease ATG4B, is a cysteine protease required forautophagy, which cleaves the C-terminal part of either MAP1LC3, GABARAPL2 orGABARAP, allowing the liberation of form I. A subpopulation of form I issubsequently converted to a smaller form (form II).
Form: Liquid. 20mMTris-HCl buffer (pH8.0) containing 20% glycerol, 1mM DTT, 0.1mM PMSF.
Molecular Weight: 45.4 kDa(401aa) confirmed by MALDI-TOF
Purity: > 90%by SDS-PAGE
Concentration: 0.5mg/ml (determined by Bradford assay)
