Recombinant Rat Unc-5 Homolog A (C. elegans), Fc-tagged

Cat. No. : Unc5a-513R
Product Overview : Recombinant Rat Unc5aprotein was expressed in Murine myeloma cell line with the Fc part of HumanIgG1 Pro100-Lys330 (C-terminus) and Gln26-Asp358 (N-terminus).
Description : Unc5a is a member ofthe UNC5 family of type I transmembrane proteins within the immunoglobulinsuperfamily. UNC5H14 have two Ig and one or two thrombospondin type 1 domainin their extracellular regions, and a ZU5 domain, a DCC binding domain and aC-terminal death domain in their cytoplasmic regions. Rat Unc5a cDNA encodes898 amino acids including a 25 aa signal peptide, a 336 aa extracellulardomain with two TSP1 domains, and a 516 aa cytoplasmic domain.
Source : Murine myeloma cellline, NS0-derived.
Form : Lyophilized from a0.2 μm filtered solution in PBS.
N-terminalSequence : Gln26 predicted
