Antigen Description : |
Mouse interleukin-11 receptor alpha chain, also known as IL-11R-alpha, and IL11RA, is a single-pass type Imembrane protein. It belongs to the type Icytokine receptor family and type 3 subfamily and contains two fibronectin type-III domains and one Ig-like C2-type (immunoglobulin-like) domain. Interleukin 11 receptor is a heterodimer composed of an interleukin 11 receptor alpha subunit and an incompletely characterized beta subunit. IL11RA is expressed in a number of cell lines, including the myelogenous leukemia cell line K562, the megakaryocytic leukemia cell line Mo7E, the erythroleukemia cell line TF1, and the osteosarcoma cell lines, MG-63 and Saos-2. It is also expressed in normal and malignant prostate epithelial cell lines. IL11RA is a receptor for interleukin-11. The receptor systems for IL6, LIF, OSM, CNTF, IL11 and CT1 can utilize IL6ST for initiating signal transmission. The IL11/IL11RA/IL6ST complex may be involved in the control of proliferation and differentiation of skeletogenic progenitor or other mesenchymal cells. |

Western blot: This antibody can be used at 1 - 2 μg/mL with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect mouse IL11RA in WB. Using a DAB detection system, the detection limit for mouse IL11RA is approximately 0.25 ng/lane under non-reducing conditions and reducing conditionsDirect ELISA: This antibody can be used at 0.1 - 0.2 μg/mL with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect mouse IL11RA. The detection limit for mouse IL11RA is approximately 0.00245 ng/well |
