Recombinant Human SNRNP25, His-tagged

Cat. No.: SNRNP25-3531H
Product Overview: Recombinant human SNRNP25 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E.coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques (1-132aa).
Description: SNRNP25 belongs to the small nuclear ribonucleoprotein core protein family. This protein is a component of the U12-type spliceosome that is found in some eukaryotesand removes U12-type introns, which are rare and have distinctsplice consensus signals. The U12-type spliceosome consists ofseveral small nuclear RNAs and associated proteins.
