Antigen Description : | IL-8, also known as neutrophil chemotactic factor, neutrophil activating protein, and monocyte-derived neutrophil chemotactic factor, is a member of the alpha (C-X-C) subfamily of chemokines called CXCL8. In response to proinflammatory stimuli, IL-8 is produced by monocytes, macrophages, T cells, neutrophils, and fibroblasts. IL-8 promotes neutrophil chemotaxis and degranulation. The 72 amino acid IL-8 is the predominant form secreted by monocytes and lymphocytes. |
Target : | IL8 |
Host : | Mouse |
Isotype : | IgG1, kappa |
species : | Human |
Clone : | F9O2 |
Conjugation : | Alexa Fluor 488 |

Preparation : | The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography, and conjugated with Alexa Fluor 488 under optimal conditions. The solution is free of unconjugated Alexa Fluor 488. |
Usage recommendation : | Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by intracellular immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis. For immunofluorescent staining, the suggested use of this reagent is 5 μl per 106cells in 100 μl volume. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application. * Alexa Fluor 488 has a maximum emission of 519 nm when it is excited at 488 nm. ** Alexa Fluor is a registered trademark of Molecular Probes, Inc. Alexa Fluor dye antibody conjugates are sold under license from Molecular Probes, Inc. for research use only, except for use in combination with microarrays and high content screening, and are covered by pending and issued patents.View full statement regarding label licenses |

Ask a questionActs as a chemical messenger in the immune system that regulates inflammation and attracts immune cells such as white blood cells.
Regulating tumor microenvironment, promoting tumor growth and metastasis, and can be used in tumor therapy research.
IL8 plays a role in regulating and promoting the migration and activation of inflammatory cells in the inflammatory response.
Can be used to treat inflammatory diseases (such as rheumatoid arthritis, psoriasis), tumors (such as lung cancer, breast cancer) and other diseases.
Yes, IL8 is closely related to immunotherapy, which can enhance the role of the immune system and assist in the treatment of certain diseases.
IL8 is generally prepared by gene recombination technology, and the IL8 gene is introduced into the appropriate expression system, and then expressed and purified.
