Recombinant Human CFLAR

Cat. No.: CFLAR-3638H
Product Overview: Recombinant human CFLAR protein was expressed in E.coli and denatured using detergent during a conventional chromatography purification process (1-480aa).
Description: CFLAR, also known as FLIP, is involved in the regulation of apoptosis. It has been designated by independent groups as Casper, I-FLICE, CLARP, FLAME-1 and MRIT. Although its exact role is still being elucidated, it appears to be an important factor in the regulation of apoptosis downstream of all known death receptors.
Form: Liquid. 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH8.0) containing 10% glycerol
Molecular Weight: 55.3 kDa (480aa)
Purity: > 85% by SDS - PAGE
Concentration: 1.0 mg/ml (determined by Bradford assay)
