Recombinant Human Bone Morphogenetic Protein Receptor, Type II, GST-tagged

Cat. No.: BMPR2-993H
Product Overview: Recombinant human BMPR2 (174-end) was expressed using baculovirus in Sf9 insect cells using an N-terminal His tag.
Description: BMPR2 is a member of the bone morphogenetic protein (BMP) receptor family of transmembrane serine/threonine kinases. The ligands of this receptor are BMPs that are involved in endochondral bone formation and embryogenesis. The loss of interaction and lack of phosphorylation of TCTEL1 by BMPR2 may contribute to the pathogenesis of primary pulmonary hypertension (PPH) and BMPR2 also plays an essential role in human T-cell differentiation.
Applications: Kinase Assay; Western Blot
Molecular Weight: 115 kDa
Expression System: Sf9 insect cells using baculovirus
Species: Human
Form: Recombinant protein stored in 50 mM sodium phosphate, pH 7.0, 300 mM NaCl, 150 mM imidazole, 0.1 mM PMSF, 0.25 mM DTT, 25 % glycerol.
Specific Activity: 14 nmol/min/mg
Purity: > 75 %
