Recombinant Human Adrenergic, Beta, Receptor Kinase 1, GST-tagged

Cat. No. : ADRBK1-1019H
Product Overview : Full-length recombinant human ADRBK1 was expressed by baculovirus in Sf9 insect cells using an N-terminal GST tag.
Description : ADRBK1 is a ubiquitous cytosolic enzyme that specifically phosphorylates the activated form of the beta-adrenergic and related G protein-coupled receptors. ADRBK1 phosphorylates the beta-2-adrenergic receptor and appears to mediate agonist-specific desensitization. Abnormal coupling of beta-adrenergic receptor to G protein is involved in the pathogenesis of the failing heart.
Applications : Kinase Assay; Western Blot
Molecular Weight : 102 kDa
Expression System : Sf9 insect cells using baculovirus
